Volunteer Engagement Opportunity
Hip Donelson Cares is building a community resource for volunteer interpreters and translators to assist our neighbors in times of need or adjustment.
Hip Donelson volunteers were available last year almost immediately after the tornado. While we were grateful to have more hands than need, we recognized how invaluable a standing list of interpreters and translator volunteers would be in the future. As we prepare for tornado season, we hope to prepare by building this community resource list, decreasing the time it takes to find help in the immediate aftermath of a tornado or other unforeseen crisis.
